All Ages Blitz Build is an event where residents can compete in a 40 minute, 40 prim maximum build contest based on a theme given at the start. The theme for this event was “Ouch! That hurt!”
Imagination and creativity are just as important as technical building skills. At the end of the event contestants and spectators vote for their favorite builds, and L$ prizes are awarded to each contestant based on the number of votes they received.

Was a fun night hosting Saturdays Blitz. I wasn’t sure about the theme but the imaginations ran wild and we had some fantastic entries.
Our winner was Leah Shim with her Merry-go-round and Ferris Wheel, great job Leah 🙂
The final part of our huge NCI Birthday bash, the Blitz Building Contest!
NCI holds a Blitz Building contest every Saturday evening from 7-8:30pm SL, and this week it’s being held at NCI South due to the Birthday build still being up at NCI Beach where it’s normally held. This week the theme is “On the Farm!”, hosted by TheOtherKitty,  and even 20 minutes in a lot of people have some pretty awesome looking builds going on!
First place winner Leah Shim had this to say after winning in this weeks Blitz Build:
I never expect to win with the silliest things that come to my brain. I’m twisted. 😛
Congrats to everyone who built tonight, a lot of fun and silly builds as usual, and we hope to see you all again next week at the same time for our next contest!

We had our best turn out yet for Games Time today with new games available trying out  a new word game and Polyominoes

Blitz Building Events are quickly becoming what I look forward to most during the week, it’s always fascinating to see what sort of things people come up with and can make in such a short amount of time! Tonight was a pretty fun theme, History!

You might have noticed a new addition to the NCI Schedule Boards, Game Afternoon & Game Night! The Game events started up just last month, and are scheduled for 12PM slt and 6PM slt every Monday at NCI South.
NCI has launched a new event this week called Games Night or Games time. This will be a social event where members are invited to gather at NCI South and try out some of the games available there. We have Frootcake, Can’t Stop, Skeeball, Zilch, U-Know and others. ~ Wellington Beam
Even if you aren’t interested in playing the games, you are more than welcome to hang out and chat, so don’t be shy to head over and say hello! The games are always left set up, so even if you miss a scheduled game event, you can drop by and start up your own with your friends!
Tonight we had a great Blitz which was hosted by Krystal, with the theme being: Super Heroes!
